Welcome to the 2023 PE Conference

The 2023 PE Conference will be ONLINE Friday, June 9 through Saturday, June 10.

The focus of this year's conferene is on Closing the Gap as it pertains to different aspects of students entering college:

  • The Achievement Gap as it relates to at-risk students
  • The Completion Gap as it relates to those academically excused from institutions
  • The Opportunity Gap as it relates to students in low income families/communities
  • The Access Gap as it relates to students from noncollege degreed families
  • The Readiness Gap as it relates to first time students’ with families without college experience
  • The Expectation Gap between institutions, degree programs, faculty, and students
  • The Policy Gap as it relates to institutional accreditation, funding, and systemic roadblocks
