A Primer for Process Education
By providing a logical and methodical approach to
improving the processes of educational systems and institutions, Process Education can play a pivotal role in empowering people to create healthier, more adaptive and sustainable lives, communities, and societies. By adopting this powerful philosophy, education can be about empowering each individual to become a self-grower by continually increasing the capacity of each to self-assess and learn.
The organizational bylaws of the Academy of Process Educators
were created to regulate the operation of the Academy, setting
out the form, manner or procedure in which it should be run.
The Academy by-laws have been recently updated, with the
updates approved by 30% of Academy Members (as required).

Strategic planning is the Academy's process of defining its
strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its
resources to pursue this strategy. While it is always our intention
to have a well-planned strategy, we also recognize that we have
an emergent strategy (observed pattern of activity) as the Academy
as an organization adapts to its environment and continues to
grow and evolve.
