practice is in the classroom as part of a DDO, or in any other context.

Take the implicit bias "Weapons IAT" test. First visit:

for Inclusive Classrooms” exercise (this is on the Member's site
so you'll need to log in to complete the survey).

Part B of the session, and prepare to
contribute and participate.
Part
A (Discussion: What is inclusion?)
During the session:
- Welcome and introductions
- Outcomes
- Listen while withholding judgment about new and/or
unfamiliar topics.
- Identify the PE principles that embrace inclusion
- Identify strategies for creating inclusive course
environments
- Brainstorm strategies for teaching inclusively
- Breakout groups: Discuss strategies
for inclusive classrooms and post, on the
appropriate forum topic, your team’s top 3-5 strategies
a) you are currently using and b) you’d like to try
- Regather
and share insights
