What engaged or excited you most about learning when YOU were a student?
I never stopped being a student, but what has excited me has evolved over time. At first I was just excited to learn things I didn't know before, it didn't really matter what. After a while it became the connections that excited me, for example being better able to understand biology by understanding chemistry. Now learning for learning's sake is fun, but the things that really get me going are the things that make a positive impact in my life, others' lives, or the larger world.
