What engaged or excited you most about learning when YOU were a student?

When I was a student I enjoyed doing literature reviews, especially when I was researching a new topic. I enjoyed going to the Library and spend time browsing through the stacks and would borrow a bunch of books to review on the topic of interest. I liked books that were well written, beautifully designed and the message readily accessible. I also enjoyed the cross-cultural interaction that my student experience afforded me, learning about people from different countries and cultures.
