Readiness for Team-Based Learning - have developed working knowledge of team based learning principles and acquired the basis of process education language as well as governing philosophy behind conference practices (based on pre-reading, reflection, and the newcomers workshop)
Readiness to Personally Engage in Conference Activities - have analyzed the design of the conference program, identified personal learning/growth outcomes for the conference, and developed a strategy for engaging in specific activities
Contribution to Community Learning - during the conference see the opportunities where your active participation can increase learning/growth of others while attaining your own personal goals
PERFORMANCE CRITERIA FOR PE/CoTL CONFERENCE TEAMS
Degree of Meeting Personal Outcomes of Individuals - collectively share individual outcomes and collective efforts to support each individual in their conference learning/growth desired
Degree of Meeting Team Outcomes for the Conference - develop a team strategy with a concrete plan for maximizing conference opportunities to fulfill all team goals by productively utilizing team time
Producing Value to the Conference Community - packaging team learning/growth for meaningful sharing with others in Moodle Site postings and in your concluding poster at the end of the conference
