The first 3 questions are on the lowest level of Bloom’s Taxonomy: remembering/memorization.
The next two questions are on the second level of Bloom’s Taxonomy: understanding/grouping.
The last question is on the third level of Bloom’s Taxonomy: applying/implementing.

I’ve used adaptive testing before and think the levels would be helpful for designing those.
